Awakening to Ghosts: the Lower Astral and the Ancestors part 1

 

This recent Teaching all started with a vision Hermes (my spirit guide) showed me.

I did not Understand the Entire Vision, nor do I still. At the time of the vision the Interpretation Was-
The OVERSOUL of Humanity (Collective Unconscious) has to Get Closer to – move toward- Our Living Consciousness.

Anyone who has “AWAKENED” has had to experience the collective soul of humanities past and present… it is NOT pretty. This phase of awakening is quite tormenting, the Gnosis of what our ancestors did can be devastating. Tapping into the OverSoul of humanity; its a bad dream- we must all wake up from.

“Ghost Consciousness” for lack of any other term…. must come closer to the Living consciousness in order for ALL/ONE to heal, or wake up from the collective nightmare we call History.

I do NOT believe this “vibrational” movement of consciousness- the living thoughts close to the thoughts of the dead…   I believe this is a Phase or Stage of the “Shift” or Awakening of Humanity, Cosmic Consciousness, Evolution.

During my most recent Kundalini awakenings (2010-2012) I found myself a lot less blissful and much more agitated. The First awakenings were filled with feelings of bliss, Divine visitations, staggering gnosis and so many amazing happenings. The later awakenings I must not have been “going up” as high vibrationally / consciousness – because my ‘radar’ was picking up lots of lower Astral Clutter.
So the Earlier Awakenings were of a higher vibration than the later awakenings.
It is true I have had my Kundalini awakenings stopped about 14 times in the past 10 years, forced medication and psyche ward confinement. I have never been allowed to Ride Out a full awakening.
I believe no matter how reality informs me of WHY I was stopped in my process, I am understanding more of the Spiritual Reason why I have been stopped in my awakening process.
I have agreed to work on many levels of consciousness, to assist in clearing out the Higher Realms- in order for the collective over soul of humanity to Heal. In Order to Clear an Over soul- one must work on all levels of The Soul… not just your own personal soul (which is your admission key to the collective) But the Collective Soul of Human Kind, something Jung would have called the Collective Unconscious.

The First Awakenings: The first Awakenings were for ME- my gnosis, my healing, my ego egg cracking and my new consciousness born. I learned about my history as a soul, my soul family, my brother and sister souls, basically a tour of heaven, philosophy, my real home, why and how I became human and so much more. Yet it pretty much all pertained to ME.

Later Awakenings: In the later awakenings I was used as a vessel by Cosmic and Shamanic beings a like. I was ‘kidnapped’, taken over, ceaselessly questioned, bullied, drained and exhausted. My free will seemed to be used like tissue paper :(.

I am only recently coming to understand what I have been through and how I have been used.

Channeling- Egypt, Illuminati and Masons

I tell Hermes (My spiritual guide) I want to know about the Masons.

Hermes holds up the Compass and tells me I want to know about the Egyptians.
A long time ago before freemasonry- was a large order of Neophytes.

I began having problems thinking of slaves and cast systems- Hermes assures me there was a hierarchy but a balanced one. Souls were born to souls of equal strength or merit. Those “stronger” souls ruled as the “weaker” souls learned. (Not like anything we have today.)

I was having trouble grasping the concept of a cast system based upon one person being above another- Hermes tells me this is the distorted view I have seen and experienced.

Hermes shows me that he talks to me through a square shaped cut out in my head (a black box?) and I feel “Boxy Brain” then I hear “Listen to your heart” by Taylor Dane, then from “Boxy Brain” to “Arty-y Heart”. I feel the creative essence of the red swirl as Hermes dips his finger into the “paint” of my heart center.
The Love Light, The Neon seen in the night, the heart light is our creative pallet. The sweeter your vibration the more depth, color and expression.

These are Tools/Rules
The symbolic plane is fruitful with energies creating “newer” bond, shifting and changing chemicals, mixing archetypes and stories.

“Hunting for False Gods?” a voice comes in… interrupting.

“The way that you understand the message is the way the message understands you.”

“Listen to the wind as it calls it’s height to itself. Brushing breezes carrying tones, vibrations, notes.”

The wind is high, the vibe is high- notes call the dance.

The star in the eye is the star of creation, the twinkle in the eye, the light within, raise the heart vibration with tones and notes. “Key”

I see a Sistrum.

New Subject-

I asked about the Illuminati-
I see a hieroglyph cartouche, the top of the arc, knowledge. I feel my crown charka. I hear and feel a Tibetan bowl vibrating “Chong”. I see rippling energy as if a drop on the surface of water. My sight goes purple- this is neat- It’s like I have a purple with blue sparkle filter over my physical eyes. I am told the notes “G” “A” “C”. I see a white gold square going into a cut out of a golden square. Golden light emanating from the cut out square and the solid square fitting inside the cut out.
I see Kali Ma (as if in iconography) possibly meaning the end of the lesson.

Illuminati: Those who have gone before who come again.

Again I see the Cartouche on my head as a crown of past knowledge, a script, a map, anointed, mystery schools.

“This is your time piece, your apparatus with which to operate your reality.”

Hmmm…

“Your movie box, sistrum, key, vibrating rod, your channel. All that comes through the Emblems of your station- to be a higher being is to instruct.”

I see ruby jewels on my golden cartouche.

Remember how you loved the story of Isis and Osiris, how they taught the people about cultivation and irrigation? You are doing this again, yet this time it is with the spirit. Many masters have evolved through the Isis Osiris path- Golden Pairs.

I see an animal horn ornately decorated like a purse, filled with salt.
Your “Gifts” are your tools.

A vision began at this time.
I was taken to the far edges of our “bubble” or universe, to the limit. I saw a ring of fire at the edge of a clear sphere in space. To understand/know beyond form, the limit the formless and then to bring that understanding back through to my third plane. I see me leaving the edge, coming back through outline drawings of the Buddha, back through the demons that protect the Dharma, back to self awareness.
I see myself depicted in bright visionary art, my mind is open and my brain is exposed. The Buddha above me cracks and egg onto my brain. I think of going to the “edge” as the farmer (me) going to the chicken (universe) to collect the egg (idea).

This is not the first time I have seen a shape like this egg on my head. During my first awakening I had many visions that my third eye had changed positions (from facing front in the pineal gland) and was now looking straight up to heaven. As you can see this looks like an Egg on the head as well. (Hatching an Eye dea) (Illustrations in journal not scanned yet)

Your “Cartouche” is also an astrological calendar of events. Astrological Alignments “awaken” the “symbol” and activate its power in your life.

You are the water bearer, you came to plant seeds for harvest in your very life time- this is your ego’s identification with the hero, or wonder woman. You have always respected the representation of the divine feminine. Your understanding of this energy leads you further along the alchemical path to creation. Beyond gender or form is the real truth or understanding. You blame yourself for recognizing the sacred in the profane, you cannot help it, this is second nature. You wish they would stop misrepresenting the energy. You feel you are a prude but this is very wise- understand them and yourself. Remember ignorance is on the way to bliss.

Feel no burden or shame when you identify with greatness, allow it to be, manifest. Look at your poems- our words together (The Ultimate Duet, Spirit and You).

The Cartouche also represents a totem or alignment.

You wish to know past identities. Many Queens or Masters… this is a lack of understanding. The throne was a rightful chair for a rightful heir, no need for doubt.
Your ego identity in this life struggles with doubt- a form of ambivalence developed within you during “hermiting” lives. Your outer persona shaped by the current life is in vast contrast to your spirit- but the “best” most harmonious of your ego- true genuine interest in the mysteries, that was your creation.
This ego sense is easy to maintain along with the higher vibrations. To be in touch with ego and higher self and cosmic consciousness- All in One, All In.
(My Higher Self speaks) Korinne you and I are already one.
I ask- then how come I feel so “Egoy” sometimes?
She says- Your Human, not physically immortal. This is just a growth process, a way to bring you back into balance with me.

I feel my higher self is guiding me, but it is me that is truly learning. She mothers, teaches, nurtures and helps with the subtle energy bodies.
She speak of herself- “I can speak through nature, intuition, instinct. You imagine Us as a collective above the heads of humans- conversing over you, like a Greek Chorus. This is not so. You are perceiving “reflections” of interaction reverberating on the levels above the third plane conversation.
I ask- So what is it when you hear something wrong, but what we think we heard makes profound sense?
She says- Over Talking, hearing the higher vibration of the interaction.

Egypt Isis Lesson:
I am asked-
Does darkness know itself?
Does Set understand, Pilot washed his hands of holy blood?
Resurrecting a King, made immortal in the underworld (subconscious)
ReAwakening from within
Merlin became a dream
Morpheus dimension
Dreamland meets reality.

Does Darkness have Gnosis?
Can Darkness feel one with All?
Can Darkness trace it’s roots back to darkness?

I see darkness as a limitation mechanism, a necessary component of friction. Set acted out of limitation, driven by a belief in his own limits, a belief in the animal/material world.

So, Set as Ego and Osiris as Enlightened man.
Ego fragments enlightenment (As Set tore apart Osiris)
Isis and Anubis (Anima and Animus) make Osiris whole (An enlightened perspective) in the sub consciousness. (A doorway a key)
Ego, to subconscious, to cosmic conscious.

To bring the enlightened king back from his role in the subconscious to the role of Enlightened human.

The Cycle of Life
Birth, ego programming, ego acting, ego understanding, rebirth, integration- resurrecting the light from within.

To understand Set you must understand the chemical processes of the body can rule you; the animal consciousness reacting chemically. (Reference to when I asked why I feel so “egoy” and higher self said this was because we are not immortal in the body- the body still rules as far as hormones and chemicals)

For those far less integrated, Spiritual Fire (like Osiris cultivated) is as “Shocking” to see as real fire. Imagine if you had never seen fire before and one day someone shows it to you- you would have a large reaction. The reaction would be based on your level of integration.

(Again we can look at the story of Christ and how he was murdered out of spiritual ignorance)

The Tarot and You

As a follow up to my youtube video “Exploring The Mystic Art of the Tarot” I would like to share details of how the Tarot works and why it is an invaluable tool designed to enlighten and guide us.

As a professional psychic  I have worked at nightclubs, events and psychic fairs as well as on the phone and in my home. The diverse work background of locations, people and cultures has trained me to give advice with an open mind respectful of the clients religion, belief system and personal ethics. How a Reading is Performed:

I first ask for the full name and sign/birth date. I usually have a couple of Tarot decks available to choose from including the Alister Crowley Thoth deck and the Robin Wood Tarot.

I ask the client to shuffle the cards and think about the past month of their life, how they feel now, and what they would like to see happen in the next three months. Then I ask them to think of three questions they would like to have answered. I instruct the client to see their thoughts like a  movie in their head, mindful of their feelings as well.

When the client is done shuffling I ask them to cut the cards once.  I then lay out the cards in a traditional Celtic cross ten card spread.  I rely on “helper” cards; additional cards I place on top of the primary ten to aid me explaining details.

The first two cards speak of current situations, people and influences as well as challenges. The reading moves on the describe the past month, the month yet to come, up to three months into the future as well as mental, emotional and subconscious assessments.  Often advice is given through mental images or intuitive communication with my spiritual guide. Speaking of dreams and interpretation is common as well. I encourage my clients to keep journals of their thoughts and dreams. I find a client that keeps tabs on themselves is easier to teach and guide.

Treatment vs Cures

I recently watched a documentary on the history of psychiatry.

In the movie they asked many psychiatric professionals if they had ever cured a patient. Clear and across the board- “there are no cures”. No one has ever been “cured” by psychiatry. If I had never healed anyone as a psychic I would hang my head in shame and become a beautician or something. I certainly would not continue to take clients I knew I could not heal.

What is treatment for if not to help along an eventual cure? Was I “programmed”  incorrectly? As a society don’t we all think of Doctors as Healers? Does “Doctors are Healers” only become  inaccurate when speaking about the field of psychiatry? Who made psychiatry the neo god of pill prescriptions anyway? If you are not on drugs in America, I bet you know people who are. Think about how many people you know on drugs. Now compare that statistic to what it may have been only 50 years ago. “Vally of the Dolls” or “1984” – you tell me.

The psychiatrist admit openly there is NO (listen now!) There is NO chemical test to “test” for a chemical imbalance in the brain. NO TEST can tell you that you are bi-polar, adhd, manic, a sociopath… NO TEST.

So why all the brain scans, how come they tell me I need to take the drugs because I am chemically imbalanced? Hmm Good Questions even a Greek philosopher would want ANSWERS too :).

Personally I have made a choice to care for myself in holistic and natural ways. I will accept medical treatment if I have too, however I will not seek it.

I am undertaking the practice of listening to my body, mind, heart and spirit in deeper and clearer ways. I am trusting my guides when making spontaneous  choices about diet and exercise. When I am asked to go for a walk- I say yes regardless of how I feel about it personally :). My goal with diet is to eat more spice, less red meat, and “happy food” which is organic without chemicals. The fake sugar seems to be an issue for me- any suggestions on an alternative?

I am working on my finances to afford this decadent “health” food. Having to work harder so I can eat better reminds me of the movie “Soylent Green”… if you’ve seen it you know what I mean.

I feel as an uninsured American I have no choice but to revert to the “old ways” of being healthy. Exercise, eat well, make love, laugh, express, explore and pray. Sounds like a good plan to me.

Thoth begins Kundalini

On May 22^nd of 2004 a bit over a month after my thirtieth birthday I was visited by the Egyptian God Thoth. This vision marks the beginning of my first Kundalini awakening.

My Journal Entry:

I got a mental message when I picked up a Thoth bookmark. Then for no particular reason I said aloud “Thoth”, then “Tu-Hu-Tay”. I immediately felt his presence. I saw Thoth next to the wheel of fortune. The setting was stone, cave like and to the right of Thoth was a door.

Thoth asked “Are you ready to receive the key to the magickal machine within you? A key to the mechanics of the universe- becoming a co creator- Are you Ready?”

I reply to him with song lyrics, “Yes I’m ready, to fall in love right now.”

I began shuffling my Cartouche cards (deigned by Murray Hope) as the vision unfolded. I saw a number five as an open lock. The Thoth card is on the bottom of the deck. I feel like my thoughts are buzzing with the possibilities of downloading information from the universe. I imagine being able to see everything as energy. I feel the energy of my neighborhood and I want to rise to a higher vibration. As I imagine my rise, it feels a bit weighty, grounded yet graceful like a princess with pride, dignity and accomplishment. The grounding is a timing of sorts, as well as a mechanism to keep me from ascension so I may complete my work here on the earth plane. Yet somehow I feel this may be an ego attachment, which can be modified so that I may ascend at any given time.

Speaking with Hermes

Channeling: Recorded November 2, 2004

Me: Hermes, I feel I have more than one teacher/guide, which more than one mission or type of writing. I see an eye for one. The eye seems more scientific and technical. You seem spiritual and consciousness expanding, also my guide to the other guides. I feel a wise, fatherly hermit who is like Merlin.

Hermes:  Directional guide. All that comes to you comes through me first.

Me: Are you a part of my individual essence?

Hermes: I am very well attuned to you. We have similar frequencies. I am both your dark and light. I am the master of both and I enjoy how you play with the energies. You are becoming an alchemist. The play you have done over the years has brought you to a knowing of both sides. These are my arts and I enjoy teaching them. We are all one.

Me: When you say “we are all one”, do I have the unlimited power of God? What separates me from perfect bliss?

Hermes: We have our place in the universe. We all have missions, working parts of a whole. We work in teams to create the realities we wish to experience. Each reality has many bands of vibrational energy. Each band marries with another to become unique in its own creation. The vibrations come together in a symphony we call reality. Separation from bliss is necessary for the different realities to exist. Bliss is our home, yet we like to travel.

Me: My life has a script that I wrote before incarnating. Why did I choose to suffer so deeply and at such a young age?

Hermes: The power of hatred is strong, sickness runs rampant on this plane.

(I began thinking of my sleep paralysis nightmares and Hermes began to address it without me asking.)

Hermes: (In sleep paralysis) You experienced what is known as temporal stasis. Time stops when you’re in a time of crisis. You remember in the Matrix (yes Hermes references movies along with all kinds of art) when the time slowed down. This concept is real even on your level of vibration. The feeling of being frozen is part in the reality. That’s why no one could hear you (scream). You are in another reality all together. Time stops and you exist somewhere else. The body is paralyzed because you are no longer in it. When you wake up you feel that drain. This is an effect of the time/space travel.

Me: Where do I go Hermes? Why do I leave? Why doesn’t everyone else have this happen to them?

Hermes: You came to us. We help you to remember. You are special.

Me: Why the shadow man? (referring to an “evil” dark shadow man in my sleep paralysis nightmares.) The terror of the night, the shadow man. Boogie who scares the little girl. The deep part of darkness coming to make you his. How did he make me sick (get down with the sickness)

Hermes: He distorted your view of reality. He was the apple you said you wanted to eat, the forbidden knowledge of dominion.

 

I was probably a little creeped out or emotional by this point and stopped channeling. Though I find it interesting that science has  no theory on sleep paralysis- But I Do :).

Emerging Awareness

This is the unedited version of an article published in Whole Living Journal March/April 2009

There are rumors amongst the newagers and some on Oprah- that collectively humanity is experiencing a shift in conscious awareness. We can see it in the movies- such as the new Jim Carey “Yes Man”, 20?? “What the Bleep do We Know?”, 20?? The Secret, as well as one I just viewed entitled “Indigo”- where the main character states that her grandfather is “dimensionally challenged”.

As a collective we approach this time of change with a mix of knowledge and mysterious wonder. Not everyone will have the jarring, immediately life altering experiences shake them into awareness. I believe for most of us the change will be gradual. There will be more dreaming, clear intuition about ourselves and others, a greater perspective.

When I turned 30. I had been a professional psychic, practicing Wiccan Priestess, Buddhist initiate of Guru Dev and Reiki Master for several years. I earnestly pursued my faith, psychological practices, and healing in a quest for enlightenment.

Directly after my 30 th birthday my awareness began to shift greatly. I experienced a series of awakenings that took glorious nirvana like form. During this time I spoke in rhyme, could hear my spirit guides and astral chatter like a radio in my head, and recorded many insightful answers to life’s questions.

After I was reconnected with our consensual reality, I began to research what happened to me. Ram Dass implied in his work entitled “Be Here Now” that I had gone through awakening with “my ego on”. The books Spiritual Emergency by Groff and “The Call of Spiritual Emergence” by ___, along with the theory of Self Actualization (Maslow) brought me to a place of acceptance.

I would like to share with you a simple yet inspiring tale that I experienced during my spiritual emergence. To illustrated how the shift can be something so gradual- so personal, not realize just what is shifting.

On a cold wintry day I was sipping hot tea and looking out my sliding glass door. A lush red cardinal landed in the snow on my porch. Red feathery bird nestled into the soft blankets of white snow. I said hello to the bird, and thanked it for being there. Cardinals had become a symbol of my grandmother who had passed a couple of years prior. Evelyn Fay liked birds- but cardinals were her favorite.

The bird flew away and momentarily came back with a sprig of red berries in its beak. The bird crept down from the railing of the porch approaching the glass door and laid the berries down abruptly flying away again. A gift I thought, that bird just left me an offering. I sipped my tea and delighted in the feeling of being noticed by the bird. Yet not a moment later the bird came back in very much the same way, with another sprig of red berries, and laid them again on the spot where the previous berries were placed. I began to question what was happening, “Do you know what’s going on little bird?”. I got the very strong sense that the bird was aware of me, in fact that the bird was Gods way of showing off to me. A third time, with a third sprig the bird placed the berries in the same spot. By this time I was well aware of the bird in its role as messenger- conduit of communication between me and the All.

In those moments I felt as if I was watching, interacting, communicating with God through the experience. I felt such a personal relationship with God, as if being spoken to directly through symbols and transference. I felt great love and adoration from the universe. It reminded me of the Disney ladies that could sing with the animals of the forest.

As I have learned nature and everything around us vibrates with the essence of God. As the Gnostic Gospels of Thomas quotes Jeshua “Split a piece of wood; I am there. Lift up the stone, and you will find me there.” As well as “To enter the kingdom of heaven you must be like a child” and “The kingdom of heaven is within you.” All of these quotes were directly experienced through this simple observance. The light that is God is in everything, my childlike wonder, and the heaven I felt inside.

During writing this article the song Dear Prudence came on- “The wind is low- the birds will sing- that you are a part of everything.”

Reality vs Creativity

Nay Sayers use “Reality” as the reason to be restricted. This sets up a tao dynamic of seeming opposites when you consider the perception of the visionary who’s art seems to live and breath before their eyes. The tao of mundane reality vs creative reality.
I cannot break it down into science vs religion- the tooth fairy vs lab tech. Extremes happen at each level of experience/function/form. Not all anything is anything- we are all one and we are all unique. Oneness is eternal- individuality is dimensionally time based.

One side states our world and reality are fixed- like a clock, we are all toy soldiers who carry genes, etc. through a mechanism called time. There is no reason nor point to life- only to continue the chain of existence.

The other side states that we are all one, we are eternal, we are what we call God manifest in the third dimension (where perception is based on the rules of time/space and dimension.). Our universe is the story book we live in as human characters on the stage of life. Reality is mutable in nature – magick is real.

Finding out what side of that fence you are on is one of the first steps toward evolution of consciousness. If you find yourself on the Fixed side of the fence- I do not know how to find you, I simply do not know where that place is.

If you find you have created in your life- brought something new to our world that was not here before you came- such as a piece of art, song lyrics, your performance in a play, a dance recital, public ritual- or that interesting cup of tea you mixed today. These are some simple ways we become creators in this play of life. (Advanced students can create their own reality according to their highest will.)

Maybe you have never landed on the moon, but you have been there in your mind- mental experiences so mirror actual physical ones that there are parts of our consciousness that cannot tell the difference between the two. That being a fact imagine, remember all the places you have been in your mind, all the conversations, the dreams, the intensity, the peace.

Now shift your focus to your heart- the home of our feelings. If the mind thinks then surely the heart feels. Just like the mind it stores memories, scenes, and wishes. Take your time and ask your heart what it remembers from the past.

The physical experiences (REALITY) trigger the mental and emotional systems- thus giving you three ways of experiencing life. 1. Physical tactile sensory 2. Mind thought judgment 3. Heart feeling emotion.

A truly balanced life incorporates all three above notions. When the three are working in harmony with each other- the partnership creates depth in each perception. Heart can experience intuition, mind can experience cosmic consciousness or oneness, body can become a “pure vehicle”, a temple for the mind and heart.

Having the mind heart and body working in partnership brings about an alchemical change in the human- Enlightenment- to be anointed, such as Buddha or Christ. “You can do these things and more…”

Our Latest Question comes from our comment section once again.

“All of my life I have felt pulled at times to be more spiritual. It only comes in spurts. I am an Eclectic Pagan, but I feel no pull to one particular God/dess. There are times when certain ones grab me by the collar and direct me for a time to accomplish a goal (for example, I was moping around about my book that I was writing. Saraswati spoke to me in a song of Indian music I was listening to. Within 3 months, my book was done). Why can’t I stay focused on daily practice? I am 36, I have accomplished many things in my life but a sense of whole connectedness to the Gods.”

I can really relate to the feeling of being called and then grounded. When we are on a spiritual path, we must also be on the path of self-healing. The path of self-healing is another aspect that contributes to your souls evolution as a whole. What is spirituality or incarnation for, if not the evolution of your soul? Spirituality contributes to your souls growth, as well as childbearing, hard work, breakups and break downs- this life is about lessons.

To look at our “spiritual path” from the “big picture” perspective is necessary to enable us to correctly understand the “lessons” we are learning from everyday life. To see with a birds eye view what we are lacking and what is going great. Evaluate your life.

Taking into account that The Questioner communicates with non-physical divine presence in the form of a God or Goddess, adds another beautiful element to her spiritual tapestry. Communing with a “God Consciousness” is a blessed and sometimes difficult growing experience. Kali Ma or Hecate may have a lesson of death and rebirth to teach you, or Cerridwen may want you to throw your romantic partnership into her bubbling cauldron. Being picked up by the scruff of the neck and led by a divine energy does seem harsh. This particular kind of “teaching” only happens when we are unwilling to take part in our own growth process, unwilling to sacrifice some lie or false judgment that is impeding us. The Gods are good.

I found the “Voice” of my Gods softened and became more compassionate when I softened and became more compassionate. We must remember we are living in a world of mirrors especially when we are communicating with spirit. If you smile at a mirror it smiles back- if you frown at the mirror, it frowns back. Remember this quick trick while exploring the astral or inner realms.

The reason we feel the “inertia” of rising and falling, or being magickal and then being mundane- is because the magickal must be incorporated into your daily life.

Bound Angel

There are MANY obstacles keeping us from staying in a state of “High Vibration” or Inspiration (“in – spirit” thank you Wayne Dyer). Any annoyance can set off an agitated mind into a state of low vibration. The calm mind deals with trauma or lives daily “bullshit” with ease and confidence. So then the next trick is to CALM our minds. To restrain ourselves from participating in and contributing to the “DRAMA TRAUMA” of our friends, loved ones and ourselves.

I stepped out of the Wiccan circle, and entered the Buddhist refuge in order to calm my neurotic mind and heal or “re-program” or “de-program” my constantly repeating negative thought patterns.

Before I found the soothing energy of Buddhist mantra and yoga, I used the sharp knife of  “mystical” western psychology to dissect the inner workings of my fragile emotional/psychic system. I became a “Jungian”- worshipping at the altar of mental brilliance as it perceives spiritual knowledge. You see the “Logical” brain (left hemi) can only understand mysticism, abstract concepts or jibber jabber by communing with the “Spiritual” brain (right hemi). Jung displayed the talent of making the mystical seem possible- through his logical view of the divine and how the divine manifests in the forms of “Synchronicity”, “the collective unconscious”, “the Shadow” even the “Holy Spirit”. Jung labeled and popularized these ANCIENT concepts to the chagrin of his scrutinizing peers and teacher/mentor “Ziggy” Freud.

So to share my journey I tell you I studied Jung and used his philosophy in my life, and in my brain. I then found the “self help” movement. Through books like “CoDependent No More”, “Yesterday I Cried” and “Healing the Shame the Binds You” I learned how I was programmed to think negative thoughts, and propagate negative actions through my family and society of origin. I then proceeded to heal my childhood wounds with the loving salve of Buddhism, facing my fears, becoming lovingly but blatantly honest with myself and others, dodging fights or people who wanted to bait me into a conflict, I lost my *need* for a romantic partner (but not my desire for one), I became compassionate toward those who wished me harm, I practiced loving until I got much better at it, I LET GO of people and situations that kept me in low spirits.

I kept detailed journals of my thoughts and feelings, always keeping an ear and an eye out for divine guidance. I came to a point where I could hear my guides clearly and recorded the information they imparted through clairaudience and visual symbols in my third eye. We must be diligent when we begin to receive clear communication- to decipher the symbols we receive and get at the root of the message.

For those who cannot hear their guides please purchase some sort of ORACLE- either Tarot or Runes, any divinatory tool that will answer more than “yes”, “no” questions and comes with an instruction book(let). The Oracle will give you a window into your own self, to peek at your personal situations and how you are being guided at any given time. If you do not have the time to learn an Oracle- then hire one. A skilled psychic counselor will easily identify the “issues” in your life and give you practical advice on how to proceed for the highest good of all involved. (I am for hire, occultpriestess.com.)

To sum this up- Life goes from magickal to mundane with your rate of vibration. High vibration = inspired, low vibration = depressed. Understand, during a Large Chunk of the journey, low vibration can be expected. In my observation most of us do not reach a state of “calm” until the age of thirty. Oprah says something like- ‘We are idiots in our twenties’- her sentiment being- that is when she made her most blatant mistakes, and learned many of the harsher lessons (as a reverberation of traumas in her childhood- I do not think Oprah added that point). I do not wish to put this judgment on all 20 year olds, there are always exceptions and exceptional people. Understand we must go through our shadows to see the light of truth. “Drama” and even very serious situations are manifestations of a dis-ease in our subconscious. If we cannot heal our past pain in our mind/heart or subconscious, we are destined to play out our pain on the stage of life in the form of drama and serious situations. However just like the mirror, when your drama turns to loving karma- the play gets a LOT better!

When you get the hang of your “Spiritual legs”. Once you learn to walk on the rocky boat of ups and downs, sacrifice what no longer serves your highest good, the wild sea will begin to slow. The waves will finally come to a rest and you will see the beginning of your new life without fear.

One last Tip: Try the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram as described in the book Modern Magick by Donald Michael Kriag. YouTube has dozens of videos on the “LBPR” and some even have proper pronunciation of the ritual :). When the LBRP is done on a semi regular basis, the drama in your life will begin to dissipate. The LBRP raises your vibration with the light of the Arch Angels and Sacred names of God- thus causing those who are “trapped” in the dark to avoid your light. (Metaphors) Taught as a ritual of protection, this practice will strengthen your aura and improve your “Life/StagePlay”.

Help! There is another Person inside my Head!

This is my second day as a “blogger”. I am feeling good about reaching out to the world and disseminating knowledge to the best of my ability. I have often had issues coming up with topics to write about, always waiting until there was a question to answer… But not anymore! I am going to write what ever comes to mind, and I hope You like it.

Did you know there are 4 personalities or 4 parts of your psyche? It’s true. Dr Carl Jung categorized two aspects very well- The Anima and the Animus.

The Animus: The mirror image of the female ego, tucked inside the subconscious mind.

The Anima: The mirror image of the male ego, tucked inside the Subconscious mind.

“What does that mean?!” *chuckle* Yes it is intriguing.

I will explain Jungs theory in my own words based on my own subconscious experience.

I am a Female human. My Ego- ego means my personality- Is Female. Within my Subconscious mind I became aware a man was living in there. Yes the place I go for my dreams and my intuition was being haunted by a  man.

I soon read that we label him the ANIMUS- the inner male personality that corresponds to my outer female personality. You may ask yourself- why do these “Personalities” correspond? How do these personalities have anything to do with one another?

To answer this question we must understand the nature of the subconscious and conscious mind- and how they work together. The conscious mind is mostly what you use when you are awake (unless you are a psychic). Your consciousness connects mostly to your LEFT brain- the brain that does math, grocery lists, and other mundane tasks that keep you breathing and in a body. The right brain is your intuitive mind where creativity of all kinds comes from, as well as dreams and all things in the “Other” category.

As a Personality (EGO) you work with your conscious mind to feed, bathe and cloth yourself- and worry about the neighbors and what Lady Gaga is up too.

Your Personality gets information from the subconscious in the form of dreams, feelings, empathy, amazing ideas, and synchronicity.

To meet and Talk To your inner other (for a female ego her inner self is male – for a male ego your inner self is female) you must connect your conscious (left brain) to your subconscious (right brain).

“Okay this ‘Occultist in the Corner’ just told me I have another person living inside me and to get intouch with them I have to get the two sides of my brain to communicate. This is Nuts!!”

Yes this is nuts for some people- crazy as a Loon! However this is REAL psychology, not the stuff they are teaching in school. Remember the Occult has been a science since before science was invented. So bear with me.

Again speaking from my own perspective as a female ego (just reverse the genders if you are a man okay?) my inner Male was a direct reflection of what my Ego Personality “THOUGHT” of men. Yes my thoughts of men created the form, shape and state of my Inner Male.

Think about that for one moment. What kinds of things do you tell yourself about the opposite sex? Really?

Having been a psychic counselor for 18 years I have heard it all. What bugs me the most is when ladies (most of my clients have been female) say “Men are all the same, I want love but none of them are good enough.”

What is she selling to her inner male when she makes statements like that? She is telling him that he is weak, immature, loud, or what ever gets on her nerves about “men”. These “dark” feelings toward men then get INJECTED into her inner male.

“And then what happens?”

Then the inner male begins to act out and behave as he is told too, and chaos ensues.

You see what ever state your inner Male is in- is what you will attract in a mate!

This is known as “Like Attracts Like” from the philosophy of Hermeticism.

So I know why that sweet and beautiful lady keeps running into Jerks! Yes I know the answer- Her inner male is a Gangster 🙂

When I was working on my inner male I had a dream that illustrated what shape my Animus was in:

I heard my shower running so I went to see who could be in my bathroom. I opened the curtain and I saw Marilyn Manson (rock star). He had open wounds, very pale skin and was shaking with anxiety. I stepped into the tub and nurtured him, bathing him saying everything was going to be okay.

I had to heal my inner Marilyn Manson. No small task I will tell you.

How did I heal my inner male? Through listening to him and being careful what I thought about “men in general”. The book “LOVE MAGICK” by Laurie Cabot (The official Witch of Salem) has a meditation in it to speak to your inner male. This was the only tool I needed.

I know I started this blog talking about the 4 different parts of the psyche- but I think I only have time to cover the 2 main parts.
